Investigating Complaints: The Overseas Students Ombudsman

Sometimes students face problems before, during and after their studies that need to be solved within the institution by following the college or universities procedures. When no solution is reached, students are able to take their complaints further to the Overseas Students Ombudsman (OSO) who will investigate the complaint on an impartial and independent manner and will listen to the student as well as the institution. If your English proficiency is not at a level to liaise with this Office, make sure to request the services of an interpreter.
